Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") in order to ensure the confidence of
visitors and users ("you" or "your") of and to the Web site (the "Site")
at www.FreeHUD-GFE.com and to demonstrate
our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy.
This Privacy Policy
describes the online privacy practices for the Site and the various services
(collectively, the "Services") we provide on or through the Site. By using the
Site or the Services or by providing any personally identifiable information
using Site or the Services, you are agreeing to the collection and use of such
information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

Types of Information Collected

Traffic Data Collected. We automatically
track and collect certain anonymous information when you visit our Site,
including your: (i) IP address; (ii) domain server; (iii) type of computer; and
(iv) type of web browser (v)
referring URL (vi) files accessed (vii) errors generated (viii) and other
details collected in log files (collectively "Traffic Data"). Traffic Data is
anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for
marketing purposes, for site administration or for improving your experience on
the Site. We also may use "cookies" to customize content specific to your
interests, to enhance your experience of the Services and to ensure that you do
not see the same advertisement repeatedly.

Personal Information Collected. In order for you to access or use certain
Services that we offer via the Site, we require you to provide us with
information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). Personal
Information may include: (i) Contact Data (such as your name, telephone number,
facsimile number, mailing and e-mail addresses and employer name and address);
(ii) Financial Data (such as your bank account number or credit card number and
expiration date); and (iii) Demographic Data (such as your zip code, information
about your employer, such as company size and number of employees, and
information about products currently used). Some of the information we ask you
to provide is identified as “required” and some as “voluntary.” If you do not
provide the required information you may not be able to enjoy all the Services.
If you communicate with us by e-mail, post messages to any of our chat groups,
bulletin boards or forums, or otherwise complete online forms, surveys or
contest entries, any information provided in such communication may be collected
as Personal Information.

Account Data Collected. During the use of certain Services that we
offer via the Site, information that personally identifies third parties
(Account Data) may be provided by you and stored in an encrypted format by the
Services. Account Data is information pertaining to the borrower and lender that
is required to complete the HUD-1 form. Account Data may include (i) Residence
Data (such as name and address of third parties) (ii) Property Data (such as
property location and legal description of property owned by third parties)
(iii) Cost Data (such as costs of goods and services, payments or amounts owed
to third parties, taxes paid or owed and other unspecified financial data about
identified third parties).

In accordance with
the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we do not knowingly
collect Personal Information about anyone under the age of 13.

Cookies. We may use "cookies" to allow us to store information about your visit
to the Site. A "cookie" is a piece of data stored on your computer containing
information that relates to your visit to the Site. Cookies help us learn which
areas of the Site are useful and which areas need improvement. Cookies also
allow us to maintain your session information from one visit to the next in
order to save you time when you visit the Site. We will not use cookies to
collect Personal Information about you. You may configure your browser to
prevent cookies from being set on your computer. If you do so, you may still
view most of the Site, although you may not be able to enjoy all of the
Services.

Uses of Information Collected

Internal Uses. We use Contact Data
to send you information about our company or our products or services, create
your Site user account, respond to your inquiries or to contact you when
necessary. We use your Financial Data to verify your qualifications for certain
products or services and to bill you for products and services that you order
through the Site. We use your Demographic Data to customize and tailor your
experience on the Site, displaying content that we think you might be interested
in and according to your preferences. We may use Traffic Data to enhance your
experience on the Site and to help us provide you with the best possible
service. Account Data is stored and maintained for you as part of our Site
Services.

Promotions.
We may operate sweepstakes, contests and similar promotions
(collectively, "Promotions") through the Site.
We typically ask you for certain Personal Information when you enter and,
if applicable, win a Promotion. You
should carefully review the rules, if any, of each Promotion in which you
participate through the Site, as they may contain additional important
information about our use of Personal Information about you. To the extent that the terms and
conditions of such rules concerning the treatment of Personal Information about
you conflict with this Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of such rules

We work with third parties who provide services in connection with the
Site including but not limited to hardware to host data and other services of an
administrative nature. We reserve
the right to share Personal Information and/or Account Data with such third
parties for the purpose of enabling these third parties to provide such

Sharing with Other Third Parties.
We share Demographic Data with advertisers and other third parties only on an
aggregate basis. If you pay for any products or services available on the Site
by credit card or by use of a bank account number, your credit card or bank
account information may be disclosed by us to third parties in order to process
or otherwise complete your transaction. Account Data is not shared with third
parties.
3.
Other Uses. Except as otherwise
provided in this Privacy Policy, we will keep Personal Information and Account
Data private and will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is
necessary to: (i) comply with a court order or other legal process; (ii) to
respond to government requests; (iii) protect our operations, rights or
property; (iv) enforce our Terms of Service; (v) permit us to pursue available
remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain; or (iv) complete the
acquisition of our company or assets (or part of our company or assets) by
another company. In the event that we are acquired by another company or a
significant portion of our assets is sold to another company, some or all of the
Personal Information collected by us may be transferred to the company that
acquires our company or our assets.

User Choice Regarding Collection, Use and Distribution of Personal Information
You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an
event, you may still access and use much of the Site; however, you will not be
able to access and use those portions of the Site that require Personal
Information. If you do not wish to receive information and promotional material
from us you may select the appropriate "opt-out" box or link on our online forms
each time we ask you for Personal Information. You may also opt out by logging
into your account on the Site and accessing the online Account Maintenance page.

Security of Personal Information
We have security measures in place intended to assist in preventing unauthorized
access to and in safeguarding Personal Information we collect online. We seek to
limit access to Personal Information to employees and independent contractors
who we believe reasonably need access to that information to provide products or
services to you or in order to perform their jobs. Each of these people has been
informed of the need to maintain the security and confidentiality of such
information. Unfortunately, no security system can be 100% secured; accordingly,
we cannot guarantee the security of any information provided to us in connection
with the information that we collect online.
If you have reason to believe that
your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the
security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please
immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with Section
12 ("Contact") below (note that if you choose to
notify us via physical mail, this will delay the time it takes for us to respond
to the problem).

Location
Personal Information
and Account Data is stored at our facilities in the United States and at third
party facilities in the United States or any other country. By using the
Services you agree to and acknowledge that Personal Information and Account Data
may be transferred across national boundaries and processed outside of your
country.
7.
Correcting and Deleting Personal Information
Certain items of Personal Information may be corrected and your user account may
be deactivated by logging into your account on the Site and accessing the
Account Maintenance page. You may
also request a copy of the Personal Information we have collected about you
online, or request that we revise or delete Personal Information about you, by
emailing us at

that although this information, once deleted, is not available on the Site, the
information may remain stored indefinitely in our backup and archival records.
8.
Deleting Account Data
To request the
Account Data you have provided online via the Services be deleted please contact
us by e-mail at
privacy@FreeHUD-1.com or by mail at TSS Software Corporation, 425
Fourth Street, Annapolis, MD 21403. However, please understand that although
this information, once deleted, is not available on the Site, the information
may remain stored indefinitely in our backup and archival records.
9.
Lost or Stolen Information
You must promptly notify us if your credit card, user name or password is lost,
stolen or used without permission. In such an event, we will cancel that credit
card number, user name or password and update our records accordingly.
10.
Other Limits to Your Privacy
The Site may contain links to other Web sites. We are not responsible for the
privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. We also make chat rooms,
forums, message boards, and news groups available to you. Please understand that
any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. We
have no control over its use, and you should exercise caution when deciding to
disclose Personal Information.

Updates and Changes to Privacy Policy
We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update
or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update or
modification on the "Privacy Policy" page of the Site. Any such change, update
or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.

"Effective Date" legend at the top of
this page. Use of the Site following
such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy then in
